Company Mid-Year Review Video Series

I created a short instructional video series to support a company's Mid-Year Review process in Workday. This set included process-focused videos such as “Mid-Year 2025 – What’s Changing Overview” and “How to Select a Peer for Feedback,” designed to help employees understand key updates, navigate the peer feedback workflow, and complete required actions with confidence. The content translated a complex performance process into clear, task-oriented guidance by breaking down what was changing, who to select for feedback, how manager approvals worked, and what learners could expect next in the overall review cycle. These videos were built to reduce process friction, improve completion readiness, and provide just-in-time support during a high-visibility annual talent milestone. The result was a practical, learner-centered support asset that made Workday tasks easier to understand and complete.
