As the lead instructional designer on this company's Annual Review Training, I redesigned and developed a fully accessible, end-to-end learning experience for over 7,000 employees across various roles and locations. This annual course helps employees and managers navigate the company's performance review process with clarity, confidence, and equity.
The course is hosted in Articulate Rise 360 and incorporates a blend of interactive elements, including Storyline 360 modules, scenario-based learning, embedded videos, timelines, and collapsible knowledge checks to support different learning styles. I also created complementary job aids and guides to extend learning beyond the module and support real-time performance.
Accessibility was a top priority. Alt text is applied to all images and visual elements, headings follow logical structure, and color contrasts were tested for readability. My design choices were informed by UDL (Universal Design for Learning) and WCAG guidelines to ensure an inclusive experience for all learners.

This project showcases my ability to design large-scale corporate training that is not only educationally sound and visually engaging, but also compliant, accessible, and aligned with business outcomes.
