I love the craft of the work: the words, visuals, interactions, videos, and little details that shape an experience. But I’m equally interested in everything that happens before and after the build: understanding the business need, aligning stakeholders, structuring the program, getting it launched, and learning from what happens next.

My work spans enterprise learning, onboarding, manager enablement, facilitation, eLearning, performance support, and learning operations, from initial strategy and stakeholder alignment through launch and iteration.
